DAY 1: Arrival in Baku & Transfers to Hotel
On arrival at Baku airport, you will be met by our local representative in the arrival area outside the customs hall. Proceed to the hotel for check-in procedures.

DAY 2: Baku City Tour
After Breakfast at the hotel start your Baku sightseeing Tour. Venture into the history and culture of Azerbaijan’s iconic capital city and explore all the ancient and modern marvels that Baku has to offer.
We start by taking in a beautiful panoramic view of the city from the Upland Park and the Alley of Martyrs. We then head to the architectural marvel that is the Baku Flame Towers complex, to gaze at the modern design, and mirrored LED-covered façade. Moving on from the new, we make our way to the historical part of Baku, to its Old City. The crenelated walls of this fortressed ancient town shelter several archaeological excavations of burial vaults from the Bronze Age, along with mosques, bath-houses, minarets and monuments from the Middle Ages, such as the Maiden Tower, the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and the Multani and Bukhara Caravanserai. After we visit these medieval monuments, we’ll head to the many souvenir shops, where you can buy everything from national clothes, scarves and kerchiefs, to dishes and handmade carpets.

DAY 3: Full Day Sightseeing Tour – Gabala
After a delicious breakfast from the hotel proceed for a full day Gabala tour. Gabala is a city surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains. In this tour you will see one of the most ancient and beautiful cities in Azerbaijan –Gabala, which was the capital of Caucasian Albania for 600 years. Archeological evidence indicates that the city functioned as the capital of Caucasian Albania as early as 4th century BC. The city is located about 210 km in distance from Baku and it takes 3-3.5 hours to reach there by car.

DAY 4: Departure Transfers
After breakfast check-out from the hotel, proceed to the airport for the departure flight. Bid goodbye with a promise to return back soon to explore more of the magical city!

CANCELLATION BY CLIENTS
First things first- your comfort factor is important to us! That is why we follow a pretty simple and straightforward refund policy. It’s OK to change your mind and that is something we at Superdeals respect and understand. Unforeseen circumstances may occur and at times you may need to change plans. Just so you know, all the information that follows applies not to one, not two, but all our platforms. While our priority is to make sure you have zero impact while changing plans, we also make sure that the services (visa, hotels, flights, etc.) you have chosen are blocked with our service providers to create those wonderful memories. This means that for any change of plans, our service providers would charge us a flat fee based on their refund policy. It is these charges that we formulate as a refund policy, that's all!
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE: PERCENTAGE OF CANCELLATION CHARGE ON PACKAGE PRICE
44 days -31 days to departure: 25% of the tour price
30 days-15 days to departure: 50% of the tour price
14 days and less: 100% of the tour cost
No Show: 100% of the tour cost
Once the vouchers are issued the above refund policy will not be applicable and there will be no refund.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE BY FLIGHT / HOTEL RESERVATION:
It will be purely subject to the terms of the service provider. In case the flight/hotel got canceled due to uncertain situations / natural calamities the amount will be moved to a credit shell, it can be used for your future travel bookings.
CANCELLATION DUE TO VISA
It is the Embassy that takes the final decision when it comes to approving or rejecting your Visa. Unfortunately, they do not accept any influences while making this decision. This makes it difficult for us to refund any amount (if applicable) in case the Embassy has decided to reject your application (though we don’t like it when that happens). At your port of exit, it is the immigration officials who make the final decision about your immigration clearance and granting/rejecting your visa. This makes it difficult for us to refund any amount (if applicable) if your travel is affected by these decisions (Again, we don’t like it when that happens)
ADVANCE PAYMENTS
All advance payments are used to pre-pay the blocked inventory and services and hence it’s fully non-refundable at any given point (though we don’t like it when that happens). A no-show from your end too is fully non-refundable, we are sorry!
TIMELINE
To exceed your expectation, we process all refund requests post validation on the same day i.e. within a TAT of 24 hours. Within the next 7 to 14 days, the amount would be reflected back to the same mode from which you had made the payment. We might amend the Refund Policy from time to time based on updates from our service providers and Airlines. The policy updated on our website would be applicable on the requests raised at any point in time.

• Kindly note if there is any change in flight fares or hotel rates, we will do our best to provide alternative options within the same cost or the next best available option with the least supplementary fees.
• We recommend adequate travel insurance to cover all persons booking travel arrangements.
• Special requests such as interconnecting or adjacent rooms can be requested at the time of booking. We will endeavor to accommodate special requests as much as possible.
• Since Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed, we recommend you avoid early/late check-in/out, unless paid for. Standard hotel checks in at the time of 2 pm and check out time at 12 pm (noon).
• We will always be available for help at all stages of the trip, but we trust you will take the responsibility of obtaining and carrying a valid passport and any other documents including visas and international certificates of vaccination required for travel to, from, and in the holiday destination.
